Store Design Services
Store planning and design are crucial elements in the success of your business. Rexall Training Academy
A comprehensive training program administered by the member’s Retail Operations Manager. The program will eventually cover most areas of the pharmacy business, beginning with “Increase Your Sales and Profits with Basic Merchandising Guidelines.”
Each training section will include an action plan, a recap piece to help managers train their staff, and a scorecard to help the member measure the store’s progress.

Loss Prevention Program
Would you like to add profit to your business without having to rely solely on a sales increase? Shrink (loss) is a problem in retail and can account for more than 2% of lost revenue. Drug Trading has developed a loss prevention program with Katz Group Canada’s Corporate Security department that Drug Trading members can adapt for their needs to help prevent shrink in their pharmacies.
