Pharmacy Suite
Pharmacy Suite is ProPharm’s latest pharmacy software package. Pharmacy Suite integrates Nexxsys dispensary management software and the POS Pro point-of-sale system with BusinessVision 32 accounting software. This package streamlines business processes and saves users time and money. As pharmacy staff fill prescriptions and scan sales, information is automatically posted into your accounting ledgers from systems throughout your pharmacy business, giving you access to up-to-date financial reports. This seamless exchange of information allows your accountant/bookkeeper to spend less time collecting and producing financial statements, and more time analyzing them.

Nexxsys
This Windows-based, intuitive, touch-screen dispensary software offers considerable time- and money-saving benefits to every dispensary, regardless of size.

• Prescription storage—store a prescription in an incomplete state
• Multitasking—open a number of files without affecting or losing an in-progress prescription
• Eliminate excess paper—store prescriptions to be filled at a later date
• Background processing—process prescription refills without viewing them

• Scientific purchasing—forecasts inventory requirements using a combination of statistical tools to measure trends and predict future requirements
• Order schedule editor—generates orders automatically
• Advanced inventory control—values inventory with greater precision on a first-in, first-out basis
• Holding tank—isolates items that have been sold with incorrect costs, negative margins or insufficient inventory in order to fix incorrect information.

POS Pro "Lite"
This modular version gives smaller front shop stores a cost-effective alternative to a full-featured POS system. The program includes a complete selection of business management reports and the ability to customize a customer loyalty program.

ProLink
A secure link to your store’s systems from a remote site (such as your home), which allows access to store information without compromising data security.

Virtual Backup Service
Secures your nightly extraction and offsite storage of Nexxsys and/or POS data to eliminate the need for tape backups.

eFill
eFill is the first on-line refill reminder system in Canada. Using Nexxsys, it sends out automated refill reminders to patients through e-mail. Patients can respond to the e-mail and request refills over the Internet.

Dial-Rx
Customers can request prescription refills via telephone using Dial-Rx, an interactive automated telephone management and automated refill ordering system. Incorporated with Nexxsys, this system can save a pharmacist 30–45 minutes each day.
